UpSlope Advisors is now certified by the Virgina Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity (VDSBSD) as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). Making us subject to the requirements of DBE Regulations, specifically 49 CFR, Part 26, and all the laws of Virgina applicable to transaction of business.
This certification program serves to increase the participation of certified DBE's in projects funded by the US Department of Transporation and other federal sectors. Projects usually include heavy construction such as road work, and design and building of bridges, airports, railroads, etc.
